My name is Lee Baker and I serve as the Worship Pastor at the Flowery Branch Campus of 12Stone® Church in the North Atlanta Metro Area.  I have been a part of 12Stone for a little over a year, but have been in full time church ministry for over 15 years building worship teams, working with creatives, and leading worship. Early in my career I had the opportunity to join a small church plant in Northwest Florida and was a part of that small church plant as it grew to a flourishing mutli-site church over the course of 12 years.

I’ve enjoyed a lot of great experiences, made a lot of mistakes, and learned from some incredible leaders. This blog is a space to share all those things and hopefully provide some insights into building strong worship ministries to serve the local church.
